This Website terms and conditions is effective as of the effective as of the effective date set above by Dubuqueland Door Co. Dubuquelanddoor.com provides information about services, allows clients to request estimates and pricing and facilitate communication.

2. Site Management

Dubuqueland Door Co. works to ensure that all services descriptions, pricing and availability on the Website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the website and information are available uninterrupted or error free.

3. Estimate Request

By submitting a request for a service estimate on the website, you agree to provide accurate information. An estimate request does not guarantee service availability or final pricing.

4.Booking

Service booking is confirmed through email at dubuquelanddoor@gmail.com after formal agreement (contact service terms and conditions) is signed between you and Dubuqueland Door Co. Booking inquiries through the Website are non-binding.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are for general information purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Invoice and Payment Terms and Conditions

Effective date: May 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This invoice and payment terms and conditions are effective as of the effective date set above by Dubuqueland Door Co. Please read the agreement carefully and ensure you understand and agree to it before signing. If you have any questions, contact us 563-556-5702.

2. Deposit

A 50% deposit is due before the service start date stated in the contract service terms and conditions.

3. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due within 10 days of the final invoice issue date. The final invoice will be provided within 3 days after the completed service. *Late payments are subject to a $100.00 late charge, applied every 30 days and invoice remains unpaid.

4. Payment Methods

Acceptable payment methods include, check, debit card or any credit card.

5. Taxes

The client is responsible for the transaction’s applicable federal, state and local taxes. No tax exemptions will be recognized unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

6. Cancellation Billing

If the client cancels, they agree to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. In cases of urgent cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, both parties agree to discuss and reach a fair settlement based on the work completed.

*Any work completed up to the termination will be adjusted and invoiced accordingly.

Estimate Terms and Conditions

2. Estimate

The estimated price for the services outlined in the contract service terms and conditions. This total is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed final price.

3. Validity of estimate

This estimate is valid for 30 business days from the estimate date. If not accepted by then the estimate will expire and may be subject to change.

*Prices are based on current material costs and labor rates. Any significant changes          in the material prices or availability may result in a revised estimate.

4. Acceptance of estimate

By accepting this estimate the client authorizes the service provider to schedule and begin work as agreed upon in the contract service terms and conditions.

5. Estimate changes

This estimate covers only preliminary assessments, specific services and materials outlined in the contract services terms and conditions

*Any additional materials, work or changes outside the initial scope of work (requested by the client or service provider) will require a separate agreement.

*Unforeseen issues discovered after work begins may result in additional charges and the service provider will issue an update agreement.

Contract Services Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This contract service terms and conditions is effective as of the effective date set above by Dubuqueland Door Co. Please read the agreement carefully and ensure you understand and agree to it before signing. If you have any questions, contact us 563-556-5702.

2. Services

By accepting the estimate terms and conditions, the service provider will perform the services.

3. Schedule

Services will begin once material arrives. Because material is coming from the manufacturer it is subject to delays.

The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material unavailability or unforeseen issues. If additional time is needed Dubuqueland Door Co. will work with the client to arrange an extension.

4. Materials and equipment

The service provider will provide all the tools, equipment and materials needed unless the client and the service provider agree otherwise.

If unforeseen materials are needed the service provider will inform the client who may approve or deny additional purchases.

5. Changes in service

If the client requests additional services or modifications outside the agreed service the service provider must accept the changes in writing. The client understands this may lead to additional charges.

The service provider may also propose necessary changes due to unexpected issues which the client must approve in writing.

6. Warranties and guarantees

All services will be performed professionally and to industry standards.
